Two OB parents and certified fitness experts will get you in shape! Travis Williams, first grade dad and former college football player, currently spends his time training athletes at the JCC and John Burroughs High School.  You could be next on his roster with 8 personal training sessions.

Sometime in the next year, Yogi, Stephanie Kinney will also treat you to a 75 Minute private yoga session focusing on breathing techniques, body alignment, asana and meditation.  Yogi and student can discuss his/her needs when setting up the appointment.
